KCHC in action

Pictured above is Community Organizer Megan Ray at KCHC's booth at the Bullitt County C.R.E.W. coalition's Longest Day of Play event held at Little Flock Baptist Church in Hillview, KY.  KCHC distributed seedling cups to encourage rural community members of all ages to garden and to educate them on the importance of the consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Above:  The Oldham County Better Choices Committee presented the KCHC County Challenge Walk trophy to the Oldham County Fiscal Court November 15. Magistrates Bob Dye and Wayne Theiss, and Oldham County Judge Executive David Voegele all participated in the challenge walk on September 10th. Oldham County won the walk with 251,188 total steps!
